Design Manager

We are hiring a Design and R&D Manager to lead our design and product development initiatives in the machine building and manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical design, product development, team management, and implementing quality systems like ISO 9001. This role involves overseeing all design-related activities including production and erection drawings, manuals, promotional materials, and ensuring compliance with technical and industry standards. The position reports directly to the Managing Director and is based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Design and R&D team effectively.

• Develop new products and manage design deliverables including drawings, layouts, and manuals.

• Utilize software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, DraftSight, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop.

• Ensure quality compliance through ISO 9001 and maintain control of documentation.

• Ensure all designs meet BIS and other technical standards.

• Oversee the creation of advertising materials like banners and brochures.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects are cost-effective and timely.

Eligibility:

• Education: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• Age: 40 to 50 years

• Experience: 15–20 years in machine building/manufacturing; 3–4 years in team handling

• Languages: Spoken – Telugu, English, Hindi | Written – Telugu, English

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, DraftSight, CorelDRAW, Photoshop; deep knowledge of raw materials, production drawings, and technical specs.

Salary: ₹8 to ₹10 LPA
