MARKETING & SALES HEAD

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales Head to lead our Marketing and Sales department for Rice Mill Machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and monitoring all marketing and sales activities, building strong relationships with customers, executing sales strategies, and ensuring order and sales targets are achieved. The candidate should be technically sound with a background in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, possess strong negotiation and communication skills, and be fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi. This position is based in Hyderabad and reports directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.

• Set and monitor order booking and sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, erection personnel, and mill operators.

• Promote Rice Mill Machinery products and secure new business.

• Collect and analyze market data to improve strategies.

• Handle quotations and costing for equipment.

• Train and inspire the sales team to meet performance goals.

• Eligibility:

  • Education: B. Tech (Mechanical) & MBA

  • Age: 40 to 50 years

  • Experience: Proven experience in technical sales & marketing leadership.

  • Languages: Spoken - Telugu, English, Hindi | Written - Telugu, English

  • Technical Skills: MS Office proficiency, costing and quotation knowledge, project explanation ability.

  Salary: ₹12 to ₹15 LPA
  Travel: As per company requirements
