1. Marketing Co-coordinator, Weekly Monthly MIS, Designing Marketing ExecutiveTarget and Incentive Plans, Preparing Quotations, Organizing Meetings, conducting events and Exhibitions, scientific and logical approach to marketing techniques. Expertise in CRM and ERP.
2.Responsible for coordinating RSM’s & Sales executives all over India in their respective region wise Sales Activities on daily basis.
3. Follow up Rice mill enquiries in online Marketplace like Indian Mart & Trade India and allocate these enquiries to respective Sales Engineers according to their Regions.
4. Responsible for conducting Induction programs to the Newly recruited executives of the company.
5. Responsible for appointing Dealers & Agents to expand the business through dealer channel.
6. Quotations for Rice Mills based on the requirements given by the Sales Executives after having a meeting with the customer.
7. Verifying and approving weekly tour bills of all RSM’s & Sales Executives and processing these bills to the Finance Department.
8. Responsible for preparing Region wise Weekly, Monthly, Half-yearly & Yearly Order booking and Sales reports.
9. Coordinating with the Production department regarding the dispatch of Machineries after an Order has been finalized.
10. Coordinating and verifying with the telecallers to see that database calling has been done and prospective enquiries have been generated. personal networks.
11. Responsible for booking Hotels, flight ticket, Bus ticket and Train tickets for Management, if any business promotions trip.
12. Responsible for preparing ISO objective finalization, ISO documentation & performance for the territory wise of the company.
13. Responsible for preparing and Releasing the incentives for Executives, and Commissions for Agents & Mestirs periodically.
