Accounts Manager
Responsibilities:
1 Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
2 Looking after process month and end year, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, bank reconciliations, Creditors & Debtors reconciliation, fixed asset activity, debt transactions deprecation and Asset Listing etc
3 Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
4 Monitoring Stock and maintaining records for the same
5 Checking and looking after important accounting documents
6 Preparing data for TDS/VAT Audit, Excise, Service Tax, Auditing documents and timely submission to Manager
7 Preparing Returns for VAT and Excise duties and timely submission to manager
8 Looking after payments for Salary/Payroll of the company and approval from manager and HR
9 Noting down the Misc. Balance of the account
10 Preparing and updating MIS and other reports as per requirement
11 Getting the work on timely basis from the account assistant
12 Timely applying for the set-offs of the taxes paid
13 Coordinating with Banks for the proper flow of work
14 Coordinating and complete Annual Audits
15 Assisting Manager in the implementation of SOP and record documentation
16 Entering all entries of Purchase, challans and vouchers are done on daily basis
17 With the requirement preparing Salary Certificate and Experience Letter
18 Timely collects of all the forms from customers and vendors (TDS Certificate, Form C etc.)
19 Making balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines and submit to the Manager and Finance Head
20 Identifying/Supporting the area of cost control factors and share the same with the Manager and Head
21 Ensure the Salary data is approved by the Manager and HR on timely basis for the disbursement of salary and claims (travel, mobile, net etc.)
22 Making/Supporting in Export documents
23 Executing all other tasks given by management
Requisite Skills:
Advanced computer skills, accounting software and databases
Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise
Notice Writing and Replying
Excellent in documentation
Desired Skills:
Basic computer knowledge is must Proficiency with Word/Excel and Outlook
Education: B.com/M.com/or MBA Finance
Relevant Experience: 5 Years
CTC per annum:
Total Experience: 5 Years
Will travel? Yes ( As per requirement )
Monthly Net Salary: 35K
Work time 09.00 am – 6.30 pm
Preferred Current Position: Asst. Account Manager /Manager Accounts
